Volkswagen Electric Vehicles

Volkswagen debuted the e-Up! electric vehicle at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show. Production was anticipated for 2013, and as of November 2013, Volkswagen started selling the e-Up! in select markets.

Volkswagen is also planning an e-Golf which is an all-electric version of its popular Golf vehicle.

Taking a bold approach to electric vehicles, albeit a few years behind other automakers, Volkswagen Auto Group is planning up to 7 electric vehicles in the coming years across all of its vehicle brands.
