BMW is looking to gather more test results on the model it is planning to launch early next year, the BMW i3 electric vehicle. BMW was testing the i3 at it’s Scandinavian test facility.

The all-electric version of the BMW i3 is expected to have a range of 80 miles. BMW stated last year that it was planning on selling the BMW i3 electric vehicle next year.

In January, BMW started delivering the BMW Active-E, which is the pre-cursor test vehicle for the BMW i3. The BMW Active-E is available in limited numbers for lease only.
