Over the past few months, 6 Nissan Leaf electric vehicles have tag team traveled over 7700 miles across 10 countries in Northern Europe. The Leaf-a-thon is part of an effort to promote Bridgestone’s Ecopia Tires.

The Leaf teams started in Amsterdam earlier this summer and then drove through Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark before ending in London just prior to the Summer Olympics. The teams competed for the Oranje Trophy and drove more than 370 miles per day. The Nissan Leaf teams got quick charges from a charge station mounted on a truck that also made the trip.
