Tesla has made big moves to solidify its hold in the electric car space, even with competition beginning to mount.

The automaker recently announced that its Tesla Model X and Model S cars with Ludicrous mode were getting longer ranges and faster acceleration times thanks to a battery upgrade. Tesla CEO Elon Musk also revealed the much-awaited Model 3 in March, which has a sweet starting price of $35,000.

We decided to break down how the new and improved Tesla cars stack up to the competition when it comes to price, range, horsepower, and speed. Here's what we found.

So true! Has has incorporated solar and glass into his business which will lead to Tesla incorporating those into their vehicles. Good for the consumer and Elon will see revenue coming from all sides:)
