2017 Chrysler Pacifica minivan will range in price from $45,740 to $54,740 in Canada

The 2017 Chrysler Pacifica minivan will have MSRP pricing starting at $45,740 for the Pacifica Touring-L model, $48,740 for the Pacifica Touring-L Plus model, and $54,740 for the Pacifica Limited. The news come from FCA Canada, and was announced by the Windsor Post. Fitting that they should have the inside scoop, the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica actually started production last month at the Windsor Assembly Plant in Ontario, Canada.

The Chrysler Pacifica is replacing the Town & Country, and will have a more expensive top model than the vehicle it’s replacing. Auto analysts say that isn’t a big deal since the Pacifica is loading with technology.

The Windsor Assembly Plant received a $3.7 billion reworking in preparation of the Pacifica and Pacifica plug-in hybrid model which will arrive after the ICE model. FCA also hired 1200 additional works to help built the Pacifica and the Dodge Grand Caravan.

The brand new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica will attempt to take some market away from other luxury minivans like the Toyota Sienna and the Honda Odyssey. The Pacifica has 8 seats, 287 horsepower, and a 9 speed transmission.

Not too long ago, the Pacifica received it’s official EPA rating of 28 mpg which puts it at the top of the pile of all minivans currently on the market.

The Chrysler Pacifica is built on a brand new platform to give it ride and handling capabilities that will exceed competitors and “put it on par with premium sedans.”

  1. At that price point, it will more than likely be eligible for the full $14,000 rebate from the Ontario Government. Maybe 13K, not sure about the battery size.
